    I ordered 2 backpack blower maintenance kits from them and never received them. It said that label had been made but no item have been shipped. I messaged them 4 days after the delivery date, they never answered my message so i sent a msg to eBay that I have not received the items and told them that I still wanted them but they decided to refund me instead.
