This battery came to me and was unfortunately leaking electrolyte. Box was perfect, battery was well wrapped, looked brand spanking new.  Unfortunately when I pulled the plastic wrap off of it, there was electrolyte leaking from one side of the battery. Seller promptly took care of it and offered a full refund and made a bad thing a good thing. A++++ seller, I would buy from them again.

Battery was in perfect condition and even came with adhesive strands preinstalled which I don't remember seeing mentioned in the listing. Packaging was immaculate but the box could have been sealed a bit better considering it had electronics in it. Everything else has exceeded expectations though and I would definitely purchase from seller again. Keep up the amazing work.

So, can't be unhappy with that. Packaging great. Product came as described and is charged and more "used-like new" than just "used." Great value.

They packed it in a cut open USPS bubble lined envelope, however they didn't tape it shut, so all the tiles file out into the outer mylar envelope. They made it here though, but hopefully seller sees this and improves on the packaging. Overall, a great price for the tiles, in excellent condition, look new, and are of good quality. I did only use one so far, but was easy to install the app and program it.
