  The phone was listed as new but arrived used/repaired. I spent extra time and money confirming this. I offered to keep it for a fair refund based on its real value, but the seller refused, misrepresented what I said, and then stopped responding. This is dishonest and unacceptable. It's the second time in 2–3 months I’ve had issues like this. eBay should protect buyers from such sellers.
