  The goods arrived on time or a bit before, the goods were well packed with outside of carton perfect, but on opening up the air inlet grate on the main unit was damaged/broken. The packaging was excellent, so the main unit was placed in the carton with a broken grate. Not good. Other than that, all good. Would like it replaced please. Pictures show damaged grate, and compartment it was shipped in. Packaging perfect.
