    Arrived quickly and packaged nice. Placed mine outside in the cut in a shaded area and the hatches about 3-4 weeks later. The video I took was the night a storm came through so I was going to wait till the next day to release. When I went out that morning they appeared to have all gotten eaten by a takeover of ants. I was so upset. Just be ware to keep them safe. I was so looking forward to letting them out. This was my fault and not the companies they were fantastic. Just be ware of ants

    Beware this seller! I paid them 8/2/25 for a 8/6 delivery. They very quickly issued a tracking number, but never handed the package to the shipper. I sent multiple polite inquiries that went ignored. I finally had to initiate a refund process because apparently they were planning to just keep my money unless I got Ebay involved. Now, Ebay says it will refund me in a few more days. Here I am... still no product, no money, and not a word of apology in response to my inquiries from the Seller!
