  Absolutely amazing customer service! The sign arrived damaged, which I can only assume was through very rough treatment by the delivery service as the sign was packaged very well. I contacted the seller and they arranged to send me a replacement part and very good directions on how to fix the sign. Within minutes of receiving the part, the sign was fixed. It is beautiful and I am very pleased with my purchase. Do not hesitate to purchase from this seller!

  The sign is even more beautiful than the photos depict! The packaging, which must have taken at least an hour to prepare for shipping, is greatly appreciated, as the sign came without a scratch. Wonderful it is that there are craftspeople like you still keeping this bygone trade and art alive.
