  Normally, in sites like this, I worry a little and limit my expectations. That was not necessary with this seller. His communication was surprisingly quick and done with concern and interest. The part arrived quickly and in good condition. I ordered an S4 mirror listed as an upgrade, which it was. Unknown, was that an upgraded mirror also needed different wire covers. I contacted him, he quickly replied, and then found some covers and got them to me. Thumbs up!

  I felt like I was held hostage on this transaction bc you wanted something that was not on my listing that you made me get for you which was stated in the ad that I was not included and cost me quite a bit bc you didn't read the ad, description, title or even look at the photos. Please stop texting and calling my cell phone.

  First initial response from seller was to make sure which part to send was to be correct. Very prompt correspondence. Shipping appeared to have been sent out from seller quickly, but it didn't show any updates after it got to Denver, CO (the biggest "hub" before getting to me). I ended up not receiving it even a few days after it was supposed to be delivered. Seller offered to send out another one, but the timing was too late for me. I asked for a refund and was given one promptly. I blame USPS

  This is the first time I bought anything from ebay & had to take pictures. Didn't realize I had to go to app to add pic kept adding pics from email ebay sent. Seller was so patient with me even though I know I was frustrating them with the pics. Once we had that cleared up and I received the product it was the correct one as the seller told me there were 2 types and wanted to make sure I was sent the right one, hence the pics. Product came fast and packaged well. Definitely buy from them again
