  Item was shipped the day after you bought it. You bought this during the christmas season. You are the one that chose the cheaper of all of the shipping methods. I am in Denver you are in Miami. I think 4 days for a package to get to Denver to Miami is incredible.

  This is the first time I bought anything from ebay & had to take pictures. Didn't realize I had to go to app to add pic kept adding pics from email ebay sent. Seller was so patient with me even though I know I was frustrating them with the pics. Once we had that cleared up and I received the product it was the correct one as the seller told me there were 2 types and wanted to make sure I was sent the right one, hence the pics. Product came fast and packaged well. Definitely buy from them again
