    When you have a treadmill, it always keeps a record of the mileage in the software. Not alot of people know that, I found it odd that when i asked for the mileage, they ended up having to reprogram the machine for some reason which of course, zero's out the mileage. Very Convenient! on top of that, my $700 in shipping fees are shown in the damaged photos below.

    When you reached out regarding the mileage, I explained to you prior to you purchasing the unit that the software was upgraded on the machine. That is why the mileage started back at zero. I was upfront with you and you still moved forward with the purchase. This is the first we are hearing about shipping damages. I am not sure why you wouldn't of reached out to us to rectify it?
