  Item arrived damaged. Both shipping box and actual package/item. Seller refused a $10 refund for the damages so the figure would be kept and refused a return of the item as well. Never shopping this seller again. Horrible service.

  Received shipping info a few days after purchase and I was able to track the item as it shipped. I had no issues. The item arrived on time and was wrapped inside plastic and was in excrement condition. I would purchase from this seller again. My only concern was the international shipping time however I knew this prior to purchasing and purchased in advance allowing enough time for any potential delays (however there were none. Even around the holidays.)
