  Item never arrived. False tracking number was given and a tiny shoe box sized package showed in the picture (we ordered a large office chair) provided by the shipper at an unknown address that was not mine. I confronted the seller with threat of escalation to ebay and they quickly replied. They blamed the shipping company and said the item was not "in stock" and refunded our payment. We wasted almost a week with this charade. Buyers beware.:/
