  This seller is a scam. Do NOT buy from them. We bought the gate almost 2 mos ago. The seller did say it would take a month so when if was 1 1/2 mos later and it didn't arrive, we tried to contact the seller but they wont respond. We asked for help from ebay but they said they contacted the seller and will get a response.. That was a week ago and still no response. Now ebay says it is not guaranteed because over a mo since ordered! Really?. We paid the money and never got the item!

  So sorry - we was closed the last weeks. But we contacted the buyer before that This product is shipped from the Netherlands, so, it will have a longer dispatch time - and he told me that he is willing to wait. But anyway he got the full refund.
