    Shipping was slow, I think when you place an order with them they then order the machine from China. Unit arrived 27 days after ordering in good condition. Seller communicated well, usually answering within 24 hours. Price was fair at the time of purchase, they gave a discount and a free attachment. Quality seems good, better than expected. The unit looks great, might add some CAT stickers for giggles.

    I just received my Typhon xx, and I am happy to say that I am very pleased with it. I was skeptical about buying online but I found it a pleasurable experience. The communication with the seller was great. The driver was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. These are good people to do business with. I would definitely do it again.     Awesome !!!!!! Seller was great and the delivery driver was awesome !!!!!! Tracking could have been better, shipping was delayed by 3 weeks. The Typhon Terror XX is Awesome !!!!!     Purchased just before tariffs went into effect. Shipping took 6 weeks to east coast. Minimal communication from seller during the process after quickly marking the item as shipped.     I ordered a Typhon XIX on 1/2/25, unit was delivered to TX by hotshot driver on 1/22. Great experience with seller and delivery driver. Driver was very communicative in days before and day of delivery. Was very friendly. He unloaded unit for me and inspection showed the MiniX was in good shape and seemed to be of good quality, reinforced by later more thorough exam. Only issue was some decals had lifted from the wind in open transport. No big deal, just pealed them all off except for the "XIX".

    Seller went out of his way to make sure the transaction went smooth. I was a little worried about getting the Excavator unloaded . There was no problem the delivery driver delivered it right to my address and was very polite and helpful he had ramps and we were able to drive it off with no problems. I have not used the excavator yet or tried the A/C to make sure it works I am sure if I have any questions I can rely on the tech support web site for help service you dont get buying at Auctions .
