    When the item was supposed to arrive, it did not so I checked on ebay and it said that it was still awaiting shipment, then I asked to cancel the sale and they said no even though it was already 4 days past when it was supposed to be here, and at that time it still said awaiting shipment. I went to ebay for their guarantee and they refunded me my money. In the last picture you can see at the bottom right, the date which is 4 days past the supposed arrival date. But ebay is awesome for refunding

    Communication was great from beginning to the end. However, little disappointed in condition of item. Picture on site shows a “new” scanner. I contacted seller prior to buying item to ask if item was new. He stated, new item out of box. Upon arrival item had 2 areas where stickers had been before and clearly was a used item.
