  I purchased 50ft of tubing, I received 25ft pkg, I requested the seller to send me the other 25ft, they said I had to request a refund thru eBay's refund system so I did, they issued a full refund, all I wanted was the other 25ft (not a free 25ft) but I'm happy if they are.

  Seller shipped only one of two units ordered. I asked the seller for either the missing item to be sent or refund my money. Seller sent a shipping order for a return. Very disappointing. Wasted my time with something I wanted quickly and caused me to repackage and drop in town the item to return. It would have been preferable for the seller to just send what I ordered. I'll make point of not buying from them again.
