  This almost exactly 3" version of the large tree in the pictures, came very carefully packaged and survived a trip to Colorado. So far so good and I'm looking at other plants she has. If I could give more positive feedback, I would. This is exactly what I paid for and was a great price. I paid similar pricing for a fancy potted 1 foot version that died in a week.   I ordered 100 bumblebee and scarlet pedes from these people. I've ordered before and never had a problem. Well today I get them a week past week they shipped with no heat pack. Which I paid extra for as their ad clearly states. They send them in a regular small usps priority box with no type of foam to prevent the box from being crushed. When I reach out because they are ice cold, they basically tell me if I don't like it send them back. They also sent 86 total. 81 made it alive. Awful

  Heat pack was not shipped as temp in the region do not require it, Cost of heat pack was refunded. He started teaching me how to do my job. You should do this, you should do that, I don't like this , I don't like that. I send in the way that I sent thousand orders in the past and that proved to be working. I am here to deliver on the product not to help you with your inflated sense of self importance.

  Plant was shipped promptly and arrived promptly, and in excellent condition. Very pleased. Advertised as being two-to-three feet tall and mine is three feet tall as advertised. Well packaged. An excellent experience with this seller--I recommend highly.

  I usually don't like to give bad reviews but this was a disappointing experience. I ordered this for pick up and the seller never answers their phone and only sends SMS and that too sporadic and it's hard and difficult to plan with them not being responsive on time. The worst part was that the plant was advertised as 2' to 3' tall and when we picked up this is the plant that we got. The plant height is calculated from the root ball and it's less than a foot leave around between 2' to 3':(

  I give the same instruction to pick up to everybody: place and time. It cannot be simpler. This guy made it into a science project, scheduling, rescheduling, sending his friend, couldn't find me, calling me constantly. Plant is not less than 1ft which is clearly seen from the picture, it is slightly under 2 ft for which I issued partial refund.
