    This account has the incorrect delivery address and i changed it but it still stated delivery address was in Omaha. I was able to message seller and they acted quickly and i got my item in the mail. The packaging ad awful from transportation BUT the item inside was in tip top shape. I got it at a good price and they were amazing thanks guys after the blizzard here in Nebraska I will be installing. Again thank you so much for your quick response and the great kind of cool looking luggage rack.

    Was returned and they refunded the full price. They found it before it was actually left their warehouse. So, all is good in the neighborhood. Was taking longer than expected to ship.
