  I ordered a 5.8 ft Hard Tonneau Cover for my truck bed, but instead, I received a completely different product—a drive shaft assembly! This was a major disappointment as it was not even remotely close to what I ordered. To make matters worse, I tried contacting customer support to resolve the issue, but I received no response at all.
