  The seller listed three mugs for one reasonable price. And the ad image showed three mugs.This was a bait and switch, because he previously sold the most desirable two of the three mugs separately and only sent me the remaining mug, which was not my choice if the ad said that only one particular mug was available. Plus he doesn't take returns. I could have gotten a much better deal for one mug elsewhere if the seller had said that only one mug, the CHINESE mug, was available. Very deceptive.

  Buyer did not understand the 'variations' concept - when they purchased the item, they selected the 'China' mug specifically (it showed the other two were 'out of stock'). There are many, many listings that display in this way. I also would have happily accepted a return. This negative feedback should be removed.
