Welcome to our store. Urban Villa features cool vintage items, books, original art work(past & present), and handcrafted furniture. Vintage items run a full range from antique electronics to selective fashions that your friends will be envious. Of course, all items are sold as-is and usually untested so purchase wisely and have yourself a great time. All sales are final. No returns. No cancelations. For items on local pick-up, buyer has two weeks to retrieve items or a storage charge of five dollars a day will be assessed. All items over thirty days are considered abandoned and will be disposed of or returned to seller as new sales item and sold.

Instead of apologizing or trying to rectify it, they told me I was wrong and that I need to file a claim with the shipper. Because of how poorly it was packed, I have no justification to tell the shipper this is their fault. Buyer was given opportunity to send product back to seller for refund or file claim with shipping carrier for damage. Also, buyer tried to purchase this item under a false name and address prior to this purchase. Seller refused sale. Also, item was tripled packaged with furniture plastic, copious amounts of bubble wrap, and double boxed. But accidents do happen with shipping carriers and by receiving docks since this was a stage theater the arrival destination.
