The part supplied wouldn't fit my bike, such that the item description was incorrect. Mistakes happen, no problem.
As it was a supplier mistake I had to push the supplier to pay for return shipping. The first shipping label wasn't very good quality & I had to ask the supplier for a better quality shipping label. This second shipping label was unable to be read by the Royal Mail scanners. I contacted the supplier yet again & got another poor attitude response.
Very poor customer service.
