    I don't buy from EBay very often at all and things don't always go according to plan. In my dealings with upstateretailexchange, I was surprised to find that they are a legitimate business and they stand behind their product. I bought a $350 computer which was damaged during shipping. upstateretailexchange communicated with me through the whole process and gave me a complete refund.
