    I didn't have a single item of flashing neon art; let me tell you - this item was perfect and exactly (down to the little bit of dust ;) ) as described. Overall, I don't think I could have gotten this particular sign with the great condition it was in for a lower price; it was exceptional. Additionally, the packaging was on target (haven't had much luck with other neon) and it was very well protected and shipped by the seller! Highly recommend this seller (Five Stars out of Five)!
