    Universe 1207 is a great vendor to deal with! I had been looking for a Kato Western Pacific F3 A/B unit for a month and put this engine on my watchlist. Universe 1207 made a very good offer of 10% off. I didn't take the offer as I have been spending too much. The offer expired and my wife gave me the "OK" to buy this engine anyway.     Considering the distance the kit arrived very quickly, thank you. Communication was excellent and alerted me to the need to pay import duties before delivery. For reference the UK levied a fee of approx £44 (VAT & Post Office Fees) which I was expecting. Whilst I haven't built the kit I've done enough to see this is a high quality kit. Very pleased with my purchase and looking forward to building it.
