  They did not provide the authentication of the Rudraksh nor the spiritual chants that was meant to come. I asked them a few times then they messaged the certificate card which I can’t be assured is for the particular 21 faced Rudraksh I ordered. I am still waiting for the rest. This item was not cheap and connected with spirituality. I expected better from them.
