    Sold expired vitamin c (expired since december 2024) seller did not put in the description that products were expired. Seller messaged us after we paid asking if we want the products or relinquish. I cannot give my kids expired medications. I will put $30 worth medication in the trash. Do not recomment this seller

    Poor seller communication. I never got tracking data so I never knew when my package was due to arrive, until one day I got an email stating the package was delivered! I never received my package so I don't know if they ever sent the package in the first place, but more likely the package sat on my porch all day and night until someone passing by stole it. I won't buy from the seller again, and think twice about buying anything that will be so carelessly placed on my porch for someone to steal!!

    Some sort of problem resulted in an order being left on the side of the road next to the mailbox, 2 days before the earliest expected delivery date, 15 pounds instead of the 20 ordered, no packaging, just a sticker on the bag with somebody else's name, and my order was marked as delivered. Seller didnt seem to care whose name was on the sticker, so as to be proactive with whoever didnt get their order. But the seller did offer a 50% refund, after my 2nd email threatened a chargeback in 3 days
