They responded with an apology, a promise to replace the drive and a prepaid shipping label. I didn't get to the post office until Tuesday. The replacement arrived the following day, Wednesday. They sent the replacement drive before I returned the defective one! United Technologies is a class act, a pleasure to do business with! I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, both 6TB WD Gold HDD drives had bad sectors, so they were not "Grade A" as advertised. Seller never responded to any messages regarding the issue or to respond to my request for an exchange for good drives. The bad drives were returned for refund with help from ebay. The price was good, but the drives were not ... caveat emptor.
