  Part was slightly damaged when it arrived. This damage was not due to shipping but appeared to have been damaged possibly in handling at some point. The photos did not show all aspects of the part and basically one side of the DB9 connector was bent. However, this damage was repairable and the pre-amp unit has been verified to be fully functional. Better photos would have helped this issue but the price was still more than fair and I am happy with the overall transaction.
