    The item’s performance is excellent. My neutral rating is based on the seller sending a different color design. I was contacted before they sent the item so when I received the item with an entirely different color it was mildly irritating. I intentionally chose the color I purchased because I presumed I would receive the item pictured. Ultimately, I received the expected item with a different color. Irritating. This is exactly a reason that deters purchases from the general public.
