    Package arrived on time and product was undamaged however the box and packaging was very “makeshift” as though it was a larger box cut and folded to be smaller. The package was pretty beat up so I took pics of all sides before opening just in case there was any product damage. There was no buffer space between the china plate edge and the side of the box so I couldn’t believe the china was undamaged. Got lucky this time but seller can do better with packaging especially with fragile items.

    Although there were some issues with the delivery (NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT!) I can say that the seller answered promptly and stepped in as soon as I reached out and the whole matter was resolved! Seller did everything they could to facilitate the issue and I was very impressed and glad with the outcome!
