  Both of the trimming were split in half when they arrived,I contacted the seller and took pictures,they wanted additional pics and pics of the packaging ,just seems like a bunch of BS,no longer will I buy anything from. This seller!!buyers beware ,don’t waste your hard earned money!!!!!!!

  We use sturdy box with extra support to mail these trims. Unless the box is intentionally abused or crashed, the trims inside won't be bent or broken. The Buyer only sent us one photo showing one broken trim. We noticed a possible sign of prior installation on that broken trim. We will be happy to replace a damaged product if the Buyer can prove the damaged during the delivery. Instead, the Buyer refuse to provide additional info and choose to give us a negative feedback and false comment.
