Shipping carrier put a big hole in the box, but thanks to the seller’s extra care in wrapping, the grille was completely protected.   The item was fine. It arrived in good condition. But it was the wrong size. I attempted to send it back for a refund but the seller kept refusing to take it. I asked 6 different times and he kept saying no and that he would issue me up to a 15% refund. I want the 100% refund advertised by ebay. The item had never been taken out of its wrapping, was in perfect condition and was wrapped very carefully for return shipping. I use Amazon all the time with no problems. I will not use ebay again.
