The condition of the pool was excellent, and it looked exactly as pictured. Shipping did take a while though, and I had to email the seller to follow up As I received notification that the shipping label has been created, but it hadn’t been dropped off to FedEx after several days. The day after I sent the email, I noticed that the package had been dropped off to FedEx, and I received my item in a couple of days

I’m super disappointed! Not only did this take forever to arrive, but it is not what I ordered. The description gives the “impression” of two spatulas. I only received one. I will accept that I may have misunderstood. The description is not super clear. However, my main issue is that the item I received doesn’t remotely match what is pictured. It also had dirt smudges it. I messaged the seller a few weeks ago and no response. Images on the left at what I received / on the right what I ordered.

Seller was unable to fulfill my order because they can not keep track of their inventory. There was almost virtually NO communication! If I had not called the actual store to inquire about my order I probably still won’t have heard anything about my order. I reached out on several times and left messages and had no response from them, except one response 14 days after my purchase only to let me know my order was going to be cancelled because they could not locate the item I purchased! 👎🏻
