  Seller told me the fan was broken. We had discussed plans of drop shipping me one directly from walmart. A week later I messaged asking for updates because the order was sent without shipping details. The seller then told me the item was broken again and that they have done nothing! This is ridiculous! He was taking advantage of eBay's systems to prevent negative repurcustions even asking me to request the order be canceled. I wouldn't do bisniness with this seller again.

  I contacted you about the problem with the order and I suggested to exchange other products, then you were not satisfied and I refunded. Please check again, I have full proof of that, why did you do that? I am just trying to solve the problem in the best way for both of us.
