  I will definitely use this seller again, ordered parts on 21st for delivery 23rd, so far so good until Evri got involved. Parcel sat at a depot for 3 days, contacted seller who redirected parcel to DPD and 2 days later I have the parcel, goods arrived in excellent condition despite their ordeal, quality parts at a quality price sold by a quality seller, I will without a doubt use them again as long as Evri aren't involved i see no further issues, if i could rate more than 5 stars I would

  Had problems with delivery, item hadn't turned up after almost 10 days. Not the company's fault bythe way, parcel had been posted the very next day after ordering. Contacted Ultimate styling to tell them the situation, and they promptly sent out another item by a different delivery company, and it arrived next working day. Great customer service by the guys at Ultimate, and the part was exactly as described, and just what I needed, thanks guys 👍

  Items delivered next day, package was damaged but delivery driver had took the trouble to tape the box together as best he could and asked me to inspect the contents to make sure they hadn't been damaged, everything was ok , not fitted yet but look good quality and good price. Excellent service by Evri delivery.

  They made the entire process very easy for me - the item arrived, very quickly, almost as described, but missing the mirror lens. I messaged them the problem, they rapidly replied, got one sent out and now it just needs a few coats of paint to look factory fresh (and I'd like to emphasize that any delays were my fault by not checking messages - I'm almost glad it happened because their customer service and swift responses are exceptional).

  Item arrived in brand new condition -bubble wrapped in an undamaged cardboard box.-It is as described and is made in Taiwan so I don't know if it's a genuine KIA spare part-I think it should fit ok though. The price included VAT and Delivery/postage charge so was a bit more than other sellers.-It does come with 1 years guarantee though.
