We are Mike and Sheila who own and operate the company that just recently released it's new product line centered around the patent-pending "Pickle*Pushing No_Float Jar*Packer".
This unique small batch home fermenting device is designed to keep the contents of your fermenting jar totally under the brine unlike commonly used items like glass weights, cabbage leaves and baggies full of water. The device is made with high quality FDA grad , BPA free silicone overmolded on a 316 stainless steel threaded insert. Stainless steel has long been used in all fermentation areas for years and 316 grade is the one recommended for use in brine , acid and food contact applications that we find in lacto fermentation crafts.
We also sell many standard items used in home fermentation and will be introducing more sizes and variations of our products a=over the next few months.
