    The product included free shipping, was as described, and included extras! A Shure storage pouch and a factory issue cable were a nice surprise. Shipping took a while but the seller had nothing to do with that - a shipment sent the same way received late last year coming from the same general area arrived in about 1/3 the time.     I would say, all in all the console arrived as seen. With great care in packaging and fast shipping. It arrived quicker than expected. Ultimate Alchemy was very responsive and helpful. I bought a white wii u and id say the pictures didnt really do it justice. The console is in immaculate condition as well as the games that were bundled.
