Seller needs to work on dispatch times, claims to be a UK seller but admitted to being in China during communication. Ordered at 10:30 AM on Friday, but it wasn't dispatched until the following Tuesday, very poor. I ordered several items all at the same time from different sellers on that Friday, and everything arrived on Monday except this. I took delivery and found the packaging ripped open and the case all cracked and broke which you will see in the pictures. These machines are great value and that is why I purchased it for a friend. However i feel that the quality of the packaging lets this down. I hope you can understand my disappointment. I have managed to fix the broken pins so the case closes.
