Great product. I gave it a full battery charge once I got it. A red light shows when charging, within a few minutes it'll turn green... Next grab dog. In my case Wilson a 2 year old boarder collie. Press the black button for slow speed, press again for faster fileing, press again to stop, simple. I just used it because of his dew claws (they don't wear down naturally). Saved myself a fortune taking him to the vets. He's happy, I'm happy 😊
