    Purchased this stereo and it wouldn’t power on. Returned the unit with no issues and was returned money without question. The issue ended up not being with the stereo and was a blown fuse instead. Would definitely recommend this seller due to communication and ease with return. I just hate that i didn’t check other issues first.

    Item was listed as "new, unopened", what i received was a unit in a plain box poorly packed and clear evidence that it had been installed and used previously as it had wireless connecters attached from someone installing it. Item did not work properly and when i requested to return it was just given multiple emails on how to try to make it work. Numerous emails from me concerning the item was used and not as they listed were ignored.

    The seller was very responsive to my questions with answers provided with 24 hour period. No issues with the Car Radio and works as advertised. Only suggestion would be for seller to have YouTube video that shows installation process as well as video that details the various menu options on the radio front panel GUI.
