  Item was marked shipped without tracking on 3/29 and after delivery estimate on 4/7 past reached out to seller to see if item was lost. Seller just states was defrauded by supplier and refunded item. Why mark it as shipped if you never had the item? This was all very suspicious and a bad experience. Would have bought from another seller instead of waiting for almost two weeks just to be told was not getting item. Worst case was had to reach out to seller on this?

  Unfortunately the buyer didn’t receive the item and I deeply regret that! As soon as I was notified I provided a full refund. I didn’t however inform the buyer that the item was lost.

  Seller contacted me saying they were “defrauded” by the vendor after 2+ weeks of waiting. Seller is clearly a dropshipper who has absolutely no idea what they are doing, at one point they asked me if the 3rd party supplier (who they were buying from) had added tracking to my eBay order… Avoid this seller like the plague, they are dishonest and even worse have no idea what they are doing.

  Regrettably, the buyer did not receive the item. I promptly contacted them to resolve the issue and offered a full refund, pending confirmation of non-delivery. Despite my efforts, the buyer became abusive, questioning my character without basis. I issued a refund nonetheless, prioritizing a swift resolution to the matter.
