Item arrived D.O.A., Ebay was willing to step-in and facilitate a return finally, but due to hospitalizations I was unable to return the item in time for a refund. I now have a $100 piece of garbage in my garage, just sitting.

  Now that I have received what I ordered, I am very pleased. The first thing they sent was a Bissell carpet cleaner. Sure can't use that to blow leaves. They quickly sent a return label & then shipped the Sun Joe blower. It was clearly a return from a major catalog company - still had that shipping label & a catalog inside. The packaging was poor but the blower arrived in good condition. It is exactly what I want for quick porch & patio cleanups. Seller has some issues but took care of me.
