  Order confirmed, sell marks as dispatched parcel does not arrive by due, after contact admits it wasn’t sent, seller says it’s a special oder will now have to wait 3 weeks. Eventually eBay intervened & refund monies. The most unprofessional seller I have dealt with on eBay.

  Terrible, waiting weeks for the item to arrive to fix my hot water system, carting 10 buckets of water a day while waiting for its arrival, the seller marked it as posted but after weeks waiting, i emailed the seller, only to be told "this item is currently unavailable" scumbags

  The listing said there were 3, which we bought. They cancelled and refunded because they didn't have any. They sent a message which was lovely but then they lied to ebay saying we had asked to cancel. Extremely disappointed with this behaviour as it reflects badly on us. Would not purchase from this company. We have blocked them.
