  Tried contacting seller 3 times - no response. The item came with a filthy packing INSIDE the shipping envelope , and was crushed . The item doesn’t work - will not charge my apple iPhone at all . The seller ignores any contact . Very disappointed.

  you have an iphone 11 when the title and description says iphone 12/13/14/15 so it is not going to work because your phone is not compatible with magnetic wireless charger. dos not a powerbank problem. u must read listing before buy.
