  I asked by her to read the description of the item and the store policy, buyer waited for 3 hours to respond to my message, once buyer received the tracking number of the item, then buy a responded to me, what do you mean I have to read the description of the item and store policies, I advise buyer that I tell all my customers to read the description and store policy, then buyer said cancel the order, after receiving the tracking number of the item. What save me is that I didn't handover to usps
