  This device, now considered an antique, was bought for use in traditional plane-table surveying. The seller, on being told this, kindly confirmed that it was in working order. It was delivered within the stated time and no extra charges were payable. It requires calibration but this was taken into account and has been arranged. I am looking forward to using this together with an Indian-made plane-table to survey a site for a small cottage. Well packed, fair postage, good advert, good seller.
