  Item looks white background on the pictures but also in the description. Unfortunately it's a very odd cream (looks like it's been in a wash with dark things). So disappointing as I thought I'd found the ideal match but wanted white background.. Contacted the seller to return. No issue at all return label sent over. Taken to post today and already have received confirmation that monies are been issued to my account. Would not deter from ordering from this seller again.

  Item described as new and unopened . Arrived well packaged externally but inside the bath mat set was in a ripped package and item was only slipped inside it . Both ends of bag were open/ripped and a split . Seller offered a refund on return . I did not want to have to repackage and take a long trip to my nearest parcel shop . It was a university gift so I will just buy a special bag .
