About us

Twenty-Second Avenue Vintage is my retirement endeavour after an exiting and rewarding career as a Professional Ski Patroller at a small ski resort in northern British Columbia. I join my wife Cathy and her career passion with her 22nd Avenue Secondhand Store. Her brick and mortar store and my small work studio are both situated on our rural property along the Bulkley River near Smithers BC and are built almost entirely using salvaged and reclaimed materials. I have taken great care and pride in the construction of these and other small out-buildings on this idilic spot and share it with all kinds of wildlife. Together, we travel this beautiful part of the world in search of vintage treasures, collectables, ephemera, pop-culture and memorabilia, all the while making beautiful memories together. I hope that I continue to grow in knowledge and experience(s) and am able to share our finds and passions with you. Living our lives to the fullest.

    The item arrived in an undamaged box, but when I opened it I found that the piece had been glued together incorrectly. The chassis was too far up in the body and the trucks were restricted by the steps, which were glued in upside down. I contacted the seller, and he stood by his item and offered a full refund without hesitation. This is a stand-up seller that I would deal with again.
