  Broken finger, messy hair, not in a box, ripped birth certificate. In no way is this item new or matching pictures of the stock photos they used. This is a damaged item that someone returned that they then tried to sell as new, unacceptable at a $300 price point. They said they’d have to contact the warehouse- 6 days before Christmas. How do you sell a doll and not check the condition before shipping it?

  Packaged very, very well. Received in a fast timely manner in excellent condition. The price was great. The doll is soo cute I fell in love with her face as soon as I opened the box.   Doll is beautiful and as described. Very much like the photos. The legs were easy to put on and stay put well but also easy to rotate. Comes with the clothes, hair bows and other accessories. This doll is so lifelike I swear it is a real little girl at times! It will be loads of fun dressing her up in her own clothes! Great seller and fast shipping!
