    Being such a large purchase I was nervous buying this TV on here but the seller was fantastic. The freight company delayed my delivery but he was super apologetic, called and texted me to make sure things were ok. The tv was perfect, new in box and just as described, I’d buy all cute tv’s and electronics from them!!

    Bought this Samsung QN65S95CAF from this seller and within a month, the One connect box stop working. He called me and told me that he was going to take care of the issue by sending a placement one. He did not. Then last week, said that he have ordered directly from Samsung and that I will receive it early this week and I did not receive it at all. Called Samsung and they are not honoring the warranty as this seller sold me a Canadian TV with a warranty that is only valid in Canada. Bad business

    YOU HAD THE TV FOR OVER 2 MONTHS BEFORE POSTING THIS FEEDBACK I AM NOT SURE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO MAKE IT STOP WORKING. I DID PURCHASE A NEW ONE CONNECT BOX FROM SAMSUNG DIRECT THAT COST ME OVER 200 DOLLARS. NOT UNTIL YOU THREATEN ME WITH NEGATIVE FEEDBACK I SAID I WILL NO LONGER HELP YOU. I GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ALL MY CUSTOMERS AS YOU CAN SEE FROM MY FEEDBACK & I HAVE RECIPTS FOR PROOF
